All Warranty Cancellation, Returns and Exchange Conditions

Since has adopted unconditional customer satisfaction, every product you buy is under the “BANU ŞAHİN” guarantee. “BANU ŞAHİN” is obliged to comply with the Consumer Rights Law. It fulfills this obligation.

If you think the goods were damaged during shipment, please open and check the packages at the delivery time in front of the cargo company courier. If there is any damage to the product(s), do not accept the delivery of the shipment and make a record in written form with the cargo courier includinghis/her information and signature. Do not forget that you accept that the cargo company has fully completed its duty after the product is received by the customer. Returns of used, destroyed and similar products are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product as it was when it was delivered to him, and in case of use, to compensate the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to its use.

Exchange Terms

Right to change within 14 days: A request of change for the the products can be accepted by sending the products with their invoice to the return address on the invoice. For products with damaged packaging and/or for used or destroyed products, return and exchange are not accepted.

Exchange and Changes Without Their Invoice Are Not Accepted.

Product Return Policy

Right to return within 14 days: You can return the products within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order by filling out the return and exchange form.

Return conditions: You can return the products you have purchased if they are unused and have not lost their commercialvalue, the labels and logos of the products are not damaged; All accessories (cable, adapter, protection bag, box, etc.) of the product must be unused, undamaged and returned with the product. Earphones cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Products that cannot be returned under the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the return of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, disposable products, reproducible software and programs, products that deteriorate quickly and that may expire is not accepted for return. – All kinds of software and programs, DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes, computer and stationery materials can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, untested, undamaged and unused, together with their standard accessories, if any. Software and programs (except in case the product is defective or malfunctioning) are not refundable after installation, the return of earphones is not accepted for hygiene reasons.

Returns Without Their Invoice Are Not Accepted.

Refund Procedure

Refund procedure will be completed in 7 (seven) days starting after the delivery of the returned goods which is completed according to the return terms of 1 Refunds will be made through the same channel, i.e. credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation Conditions

The preparation and shipping processes of your order starts within 4 hours after placing the order. Orders can be cancelled directly within 4 hours after order time. Orders, whose invoice has been issued and the delivery process has begun, cannot be cancelled directly. Customers can start the Return and/or Exchange procedures after the delivery of the order.

Products that are not returned with their invoice cannot be accepted. You are kindly requested to send your returns together with the invoice.
